Agreement

EFT Authorizations
You, the buyer, are entitled to a copy of this contract at the time you accept. You may cancel this agreement at any time within the first 72 hours for a full refund.
I elect to pay my monthly installment payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and understand billing will continue in the below method for the term stated in the agreement. Buyer will access the website www.Spiritualfitnessonthego.com . I authorize my bank/credit card company to make my payment or payments and post it to my account. I also understand all the details of this form for payment of fees, and if discontinued, does not release me from payment obligations of this Agreement.
An interest rate of 18% will be applied monthly and any other fees incurred due to non-payment and could be reported to the credit card agencies.
If at any time there is a dispute between the client, customer, and bringing suit to MeMattersMost dba spiritualfitnessonthego customer, client will pay all attorney expenses and all court dates expenditures and will also pay $3,000 for days works missed to MeMattersMost dba spiritualfitnessonthego all court issues will take place at Doylestown Courthouse in Doylestown, PA
