What does anger get you? Do you get to be right? Do you get to speak your thoughts loudly so others hear you? Do you keep your anger in, not express it and feel ill? Do you feel on fire? Here is another question; what angers you? A should have, should of, should have been; something said to you; an action you didn’t approve? Someone else telling you, you are wrong, laughing at you when it is something meaningful to you, taking something that is yours? In your anger did you react, react haphazardly and then feeling bad, guilt, negative emotions.
We all have experienced anger; then look back at our reactions, emotions, thought process and take the time to analyze what just happened. The end results it all looks negative right? Wrong, let's look at this positively.
Anger is a natural reaction, in your opinion a situation not going right and it’s a way of communicating your resentment, injustice etc.
LisaOnTheGo feels that anger brings the importance of the subject or situation for you and this matters to you. It is a signal for something to change. When you and others see your emotions and understand it matters to you; this is when most situations, subjects could start getting resolved. When you calm down then communication could begin; people are heard and understood to make a change.
What If others are not willing to communicate and resolve the subject or situation that you find is important to you, what could you do? Learn to love and accept you for who you are and not what others think. LisaOnTheGo says you could understand the importance of the subject or situation for you and walk away, don't put yourself in that position again etc. Let's hear from you. Have a great day!
A while ago LISAonthego and Tucker took their daily walkie/talkie walk. They walked around a park and on the first paved path there was a slithering yellow/black garter snake on the path. Funny, Tucker didn't see it or acknowledge the snake. LISAonthego jumped and let out a yelp, laughed and walked around it. On the way back they took a different paved path and again there was the slithering yellow and black garter snake on the path. The distance between the two paved paths and where the snakes appeared were to far apart for it to slither to the other path, LISAonthego assumes.
LISAonthego and Tucker walk this park often and have never seen snakes before, therefore, LISAonthego is concluding it is a sign. A sign of what? A message that upon coming home LISAonthego looked up Garter Snake Spiritual Meaning, found this link and wow, it resonates with her life.
Transmutation is the key word here. The shedding of old skin and emotions and transforming them into something bigger and better. If Snake winds itself into your life know that change is in the wind and that you are at the center of it all as the catalyst. Make sure that your intentions are clear and that you have clear a clear sense of the direction that you need to strike out in. Snake is letting you know that these changes are safe and that there is no need to fear them.
You are also being reminded to stay connected to the self through observation of both the tiny vibrations in the earth, and the warmth and smells of the air and sky. When we learn to connect with our surroundings we can continue on the path of growth, and discard the trappings of the past.
video of the blog talk is below the text
LISAonthego could agree with this meaning. She has not been clear on her intentions recently and has been getting caught up on past thoughts.
What has crossed ur path? In addition, the past few days she has had a sore throat, cold and cough. LISAonthego also looked up the meaning of this as well. http://astrologymuse.blogspot.com/2012/04/meanings-of-your-diseases-in-spiritual.html and this resonates too, lol.
COLD Too much going on at once. Mental confusion and disorder. AFFIRMATION: I allow my mind to relax and be at peace. Clarity and harmony are within me and all around me.
COUGH A desire to bark at the world. "Listen to me!". AFFIRMATION: I am noticed and appreciated in the most positive ways. I am loved.
SORE THROAT Holding in angry words. Feeling unable to express the self. AFFIRMATION: I release all restrictions, and I am free to be me.
This is a great message for LISAonthego to let go and surrender, trust and believe in herself that she is on her path of where she is to be.
These meanings have helped her to look within and see where issues could change. This is another tool to use to help see her life differently and to heal.
Have a great day! Love, Laughter & Peace, LISAonthego

Are you willing to Change? LISAonthego says yes, do you want too? Do you want to change what you know? Sometimes.
As we live longer and get to know ourselves better, change is inevitable. What is the point in learning, knowing and understanding if you are not willing to change? LOL, we could all say we are willing to change, however, when you get down to it, it doesn’t happen, we find excuses etc. LISAonthego feels it has to do with familiarity of what we know, its been working thus far for us, it is to much effort (subconsciously) and yes the ego talks to us again and again that we are comfortable in the pattern we know.
Then life happens again and another situation occurs again from another angle and yes we know we need to change and we go through the cycle again. We tend to resist change even when we know it is or may be better for us.
Resistance is persistence until we take an action.
As the Langleygroup Blog states below its difficult to change however willpower makes the difference. So yes, change can happen LISAonthego agrees with willpower, attitude, a great support system and feels you must act for a change to occur. What would you like to work on changing?
Here are the key points that resonated with LISAonthego from The LangelyGroup Blog.
(""from the Langley Group blog). LISAonthego started writing the blog and came across this awesome, informative, detailed blog from The LangleyGroup. This truly helped LISAonthego understand herself and why to change takes time, understanding, compassion and empathy for yourself.
"Changing a habit or embedding a new behavior takes effort and focused attention. This can feel physiologically uncomfortable and quite literally painful to over-ride habits. It's no wonder people often avoid change or find it hard to maintain commitment. Under pressure, tired or distracted our pre-frontal cortex can’t keep us focused and we relapse to earlier behaviors and habits.
Willpower focused attention and mindful action can be used to push through resistance and rewire habitual patterns. This process of intentionally changing our brain circuits is called ‘self-directed neuroplasticity’. It is not enough to practice every so often. We need to pay attention repeatedly to new actions and insights over a period of time until they become part of how we operate and see ourselves. Creating rituals to embed new behaviours into daily life can be key. Reinforcing positive change with support and immediate feedback from others—a buddy, leader or coach—will help tap our reward systems and associate new behaviours with positive emotions and learning. It also helps if we find ways to make changing our new habits interesting and fun.

LISAonthego understand and accepts what the Langleygroup has said and will try putting it to use. Willpower although takes energy she will use her positive attitude to help reinforce the changes she wishes to implement, also asking someone to be her guide/coach and take an action to put in motion.
Will you be her guide/coach? Lets help each other. Have a great day, Love, Laughter & Peace LISAonthego
