Are Your Chakra's in Balance?

They are 7 main chakra energy points that professionals refer to. The chakras are the energy centers of our bodies that flows through us known as our Life force energy -- chi, ki, Kundalini or prana.

LISAonthego feels they are many more chakras that surround us in and around our bodies. These other chakras go down below our toes to up above our heads and in our aurora fields. By being focused, doing yoga, meditating helps to balance the chakras that keep our energies in balance. Balanced chakras will give us peace, harmony and feeling our best.

Are your Chakra's in Balance?

WhenLISAonthego is feeling out of sync sometimes she will see which direction her chakras are going. This is done by taking a pendulum and placing it a few inches above the chakra and seeing which way the pendulum spins. All the chakras could be spinning in the same direction, when LISAonthego is not feeling well some of her chakras will spin in the opposite direction. These are the chakras for her to focus on and have them spin the same way as the other Chakras. This is when she prioritize "me time". LISAonthego will meditates or do yoga and focus on the chakras going in the same direction. For her it doesn’t matter which direction your energy/Chakras are spinning just that they all go the same way.

The crown chakra will move the fastest and go slower as you move down towards to the root chakra.

The picture shows where these are in our bodies and the colors they take on, here is a list:

 Base or Root Chakra

  1. Sacral Chakra (ovaries/prostate)
  2. Solar Plexus Chakra (belly button area)
  3. Heart Chakra (heart area)
  4. Throat Chakra (throat and neck area)
  5. Brow or Third Eye Chakra (third eye)
  6. Crown Chakra (Top of head)
