Healing Through Loss and Grief - clip of talk
Healing Through Loss and Grief
Each person on the planet arrived here at birth and will one day depart. Loss and change are inevitable aspects of life. When someone we love dies, we need to create a new sense of normal as we grieve their death and celebrate their life. This presentation will lead you through the journey that will ease the experience, even amidst the reality that they are no longer in the body.

We all wear masks. We feel protected from rejection or make us believe that we are more acceptable personally and professionally with these masks. The problem with that is that those in our lives don't have the opportunity to truly 'get' us. By peeling off the layers and becoming genuine, we can access the best of who we are and share it in every aspect of our lives. This presentation will provide ideas for being the 'you-est YOU!'
I Know You By Heart
From the words, you whisper in my ear
To the glow in your eyes when you look into mine
From the late night talks we share
To the little things you do to brighten my day
From the way you take care of me when you sense I am in need of a little TLC
To the way you share secrets with me that you have never told another living soul
Thank you for letting me into your heart
I love you with all of the mines.
